FAQ

The Universal Bus Pass (UPass) is included in your student fees and provides access to Niagara Transit services.

Key UPass Details

  • Eligibility: All full-time Brock University students
  • How to Use: Show your Brock student ID card to the driver when boarding
  • Validity: Entire academic semester, including reading weeks and holidays
  • Your Brock student card must have a valid U-Pass sticker on it.

Brock identification is non-transferable; any violations will be handed over to Brock Security and treated as fraud.

Before picking up your item, call 1-833-678-5463 to check whether it has been turned into a lost and found.

Items left on Niagara Transit services are delivered to customer service based on the transit line they were left on. Items can be picked up from customer service during business hours at the following locations:

Claim lost items quickly

Niagara Transit has limited space to store lost items.

  • Lost bikes and electronics will be held for four weeks, and then donated
  • Items such as mittens, hats, umbrellas and books are kept for one to two weeks and then donated to a local charity

Requirements to Claim Items:

  • The owner must claim items
  • You must be able to describe a lost item in detail
  • Showing identification is required when picking up a lost item
  • Lost items will not be given to third parties

Exams

NRT offers extended hours on key routes serving Brock University during exam periods to accommodate late-night study sessions and exam schedules.

Breaks

Some routes serving Brock Univerity have reduced service during school breaks, please check the schedule of your bus route to see if it is affected.
