Lost and Found
Call 1-833-NRT-LINE (1-833-678-5463) to check whether your item has been turned into lost and found before going to pick it up.
Items left on Niagara Region Transit services are delivered to customer service based on the transit line it was left on. Items can be picked up from customer service during business hours at the following locations:
Claim lost items quickly
Niagara Region Transit has limited space to store lost items.
- Lost bikes and electronics will be held for four weeks, and then donated
- Items such as mittens, hats, umbrellas and books are kept for one to two weeks, and then donated to a local charity
Identification is required
Be prepared to show identification when picking up a lost item. You must be able to describe a lost item in detail. Items must be claimed by the owner. Lost items will not be given to third parties.
