Lost and Found>
Before picking up your item, call 1-833-678-5463 to check whether it has been turned in to lost and found.
Items left on Niagara Transit services are delivered to customer service based on the transit line they were left on. Items can be picked up from customer service during business hours at the following locations:
- Niagara Falls - Morrison/Dorchester Hub | 7190 Morrison St.
- St. Catharines - St. Catharines Downtown Terminal | 70 Carlisle St.
- Welland - Welland Bus Terminal | 160 E Main St.
Claim lost items quickly.
Niagara Transit has limited space to store lost items.
- Lost bikes and electronics will be held for four weeks, and then donated
- Items such as mittens, hats, umbrellas and books are kept for one to two weeks and then donated to a local charity
Identification is required
Be prepared to show identification when picking up a lost item. You must also be able to describe a lost item in detail. The owner must claim the item. Lost items will not be given to third parties.
