Niagara Transit has launched a new Live Service Alerts feed, which delivers real-time service disruption information to riders during all operational hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays when transit is running.
The new service, available at nrtransit.ca/service-alerts, significantly improves our communication with riders, ensuring they can access critical transit updates whenever they travel.

RSS Based Real-time Updates
Updates automatically every 5 minutes or can be manually refreshed anytime.
Coloured Badges
Making it easy to identify cancellations, delays, detours, and back to regular service.
System-Specific Information
Includes routes and stops for St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, and Regional routes
Alternative Stop Suggestions
When regular stops are unavailable, these may be offered if applicable.
Responsive Design
Works the same on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.
