Niagara Transit is excited to announce extended customer service hours, beginning Sunday, September 29, to better serve our riders and ensure a more seamless transit experience.

New Customer Service Hours Starting Sunday, September 29

Our Customer Service Representatives will now be available seven days a week. This change comes from feedback we’ve heard from riders, and we’re committed to making transit more accessible and user-friendly.

Updated Transit Terminal Hours

  • St. Catharines and Welland Terminals

    • Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
    • Sunday and Holidays: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Niagara Falls Hub

    • Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
    • Sunday and Holidays: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

With the extended hours, riders will have more time to get help with  questions about their journey. We believe these longer hours will help make your travel smoother and more convenient.

What does this mean for you?

  • More support: You can reach customer service during busy times for help with routes and schedules. 
  • Better access: Evening and weekend riders will now have access to support when they need it.
  • Easier travel: More coverage means smoother trips and easier connections across the region.

These new hours are part of Niagara Transit’s larger effort to make riding transit better for everyone. We’re working hard to improve the service across the region, ensuring it’s reliable, efficient, and easy to use.
