Due to the Niagara Wine Festival Parade on Saturday, September 23, there will be significant disruptions to transit around the bus terminal. The bus terminal is temporarily relocating to the Meridian Centre. Accessibility to the temporary terminal is being provided by the Rankin Bridge and Meridian Centre elevators. The Downtown Bus Terminal on Carlisle St will be closed from 7:45 am to 1:50 pm.

The following routes are affected:

ROUTE 401

There will be no bus service on Welland Av between Ontario St & James St; and James St, between Welland Av & Church St.

ROUTE 402

There will be no bus service on the detour routing on Welland Av between Ontario St & James St; and James St, between Welland Av & Church St.

ROUTE 404

There will be no bus service on Gale Cr., Riordon St., Queenston St., or Oakdale Av between Queenston St & Westchester Cr.

ROUTE 406

There will be no bus service on James St, between Welland Av & Church St; and Lake St between Welland Av & Carlton St.

ROUTE 408

There will be no bus service on Church St; Clark St; and Welland Av between Clark St & Tasker St.

ROUTE 409

There will be no bus service on Geneva St between St. Paul St and Russell Av. A shuttle bus will be running on Geneva St between Russell and the Fairview Mall. The shuttle bus will take passengers as far as Church & Clark Sts downtown and will take passengers to the Fairview Mall to connect with buses heading to the temporary terminal.

ROUTE 410 / ROUTE 416

There will be no bus service on King St; Ontario St; and St Paul St between Ontario St & Carlisle St. This will be between 7:45 am and 1:50 pm.

ROUTE 412

There will be no bus service on Carlton St between Haig St & Lake St; Lake St between Carlton St & Russell Av; and Russell Av between Lake St and Catherine St. A shuttle bus will be running on Catherine St. The shuttle bus will take passengers as far as Church & Clark Sts downtown and will take passengers to the Fairview Mall to connect with buses heading to the temporary terminal.

ROUTE 415

There will be no bus service on St. Paul St between Ontario St and Louth St.

ROUTE 418

There will be no bus service on Gale Cr., Riordon St., Queenston St.

ROUTE 337

There will be no bus service on Welland Av between Tasker and Hwy 406.
