Specialized Transit fares
The following fare products can be purchased from the driver using cash or cheque, or in advance over the phone using credit or debit at 1-833-NRT-LINE (1-833-678-5463).

All trips within Niagara and to the Hamilton Transfer Hub are a flat fee (one way). Trips to the Hamilton Transfer Hub carry a separate fee. The customer service representative will advise the rider of the cost of the trip at the time of booking.
Riders in Fort Erie, Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Welland can learn more about specialized transit in their local municipality (i.e. FAST, Chair-a-Van, Paratransit and WellTrans).
Book a trip
Have the following information ready when you call:
- Date and times of trip (pick-up and return)
- Addresses of pick-up and destination locations
- Details of any attendant or service animal accompanying you on the trip
- To book a trip, call 1-833-NRT-LINE (1-833-678-5463).
Riders will be called by 3 p.m. the day before the trip.
If the call is missed, riders can call 1-833-NTC-LINE (1-833-682-5463) during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to confirm their trip.
Payment may be made in advance by:
- Credit card - contact the service provider by telephone
- Pre-authorized debit - forward the pre-authorization form to the service provider
The customer service agent will issue the corresponding ticket by mail once the payment is processed.
Payments can also be made at the time of your trip with the driver by cash or cheque only. Cheques must be made payable to the BTS Network Inc. The driver will issue the corresponding ticket at the time of payment.
Non-sufficient funds for cheques provided will result in the riders being charged the non-sufficient funds cost plus a $20 administrative fee. If the rider fails to pay, eligibility will be suspended until the account is paid.
